  • Be Punctual Always reach the set/location on time for shoots, auditions, and rehearsals.
  • Keep Details Updated Update contact, address, and emergency info with CineNova Association.
  • Report Issues Immediately Inform us about irregular hours, unsafe conditions, harassment, or delayed payments.
  • Maintain Written Communication Use WhatsApp, SMS, or Email for records of remuneration and call times.
  • Maintain Your Artist Diary Keep daily records of work, payment details, and producer contacts updated.
  • Carry Your Artist Card Always keep your valid Identity Card with you on all project types.
  • Demand Written Agreements Ensure you have a contract or written confirmation before starting work.
  • Prioritize Safety Follow guidelines for physical safety, travel, and night shoot arrangements.

  • Avoid Unsafe Environments If conditions are unhygienic or unsafe, inform CineNova Association immediately.
  • Avoid Unprofessional Behaviour Avoid arguments or conflicts on set; maintain professional discipline.
  • No Sharing Confidential Info Do not post shoot details, scripts, or unreleased content without authorization.
